✅ Fixed: the message form works again

From 20 January to 23 August 2026 this form was broken, in two separate ways. First a security header blocked its submissions in the browser; then our mail relay silently discarded them after our contact address changed. In both cases messages never reached us and never showed an error. If you wrote to us in that window and got no reply, we never received it — sorry. Please send it again.

📣 UPDATE: Fixed 23 August 2026. The button below now opens your own email app with the message pre-filled, so nothing sits between you and our inbox — just press send in your mail client to deliver it.

📋 Before contacting us:

We only respond to English and Spanish messages without translation. For other languages, we will need to translate your message for you. This may be unreliable, so please consider this when submitting your message.

For licensing inquiries, mention your organization type and expected user count
For security reports, please include as much detail as possible about the issue.
You can add attachments to your message after you open it in your email app.
We will not open or view attachments that you include unless we specifically request them. We open all attachments at our discretion.
The maximum character limit for your message is 1800, but it will be shorter after you select your topic. In most to all cases, the limit will be around or less than 1500 characters.
Special Characters: Please avoid using special characters in your message as they count to the character limit much faster than regular characters.
